After 8 years of using the mountain buggy terrain in all kinds of terrain. One sleeve broke. Changed for another 8 years.

Great on phone customer service coz I didn't know the model of our stroller..amazing that every little part is available for all the models they've ever made..quick delivery and works perfectly. The little thing broke coz I didn't attach wheel properly..stroller is 7 years old..$14 & we're back on the road again

Although in the end I got what I ordered, it took a reeeeally long time and had to follow it up and kick my wheel on every 50 meters while I waited for them to arrive. They did arrive very quickly after I chased them up. Although I followed the instructions to pick the size of the sleeve they turned out to be the wrong size anyway so not sure what went wrong there. Mountain buggy informed me I could do a replacement but in the meantime my dad put a paper clip wire through the pin and that's working so I don't think i'll bother and just wear the $20 fail.
